"This property has a beautiful panoramic & breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Thomas Bay. It is close to downtown, and simply beautiful. The rooms are simply appointed and very clean. Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. "
"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! "
"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"We stayed for 7 nights, just my husband and I. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. The concierge team was helpful with suggestions for dinners and excursions. She booked a massage for me at the house. It was nice! We enjoyed the views and pool at the property. It was wonderful to have the option to enjoy the views and have privacy without leaving the house. This property is not well suited for the elderly, young children or anyone with disabilities due to the 6 flights of stairs. They are well lit at night. It was not an issue for us. We enjoyed the walk to the main house, nicely landscaped, lots of butterflies and small wildlife to see. The beds are firm which was good for us but a bit more than our mattress at home. There are beach chairs, floats, small toys for kids to enjoy at the beach. There is also a gas grill. Each bedroom is it’s separate structure which makes this property perfect for families with older children or for multiple couples. One room of the 3 does not have an ocean view. The temp stayed cool with the wall ac units as well as a window AC in the main house. Every window in the house had a gorgeous view that was magical! Nice view of a small, island Hans Lollik. This property is very convenient to Magen’s. Probably a mile but it takes 5 minutes to drive it bc the roads are awful throughout the island. We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Our favorite place so far! The water is so clear and beautiful! Very comfortable!"
