"The water pressure in our unit failed and we lost water completely for several hours. When it did return, hot water was slow to return. The property was dated and run down. The manager of theproperty was good, but the staff were sarcastic and need customer service training"

"The house was amazing and perfect for our needs. It truly had everything. Only wish the beach wasn’t covered in seaweed though. Not sure if this is normal for this beach or just a seasonal thing. Felt great supporting a part of the island that isn’t as touristy. Arturo was very responsive too which made our stay."

"We loved staying at this house! The rooms are all spacious and great for a family or group of friends. The backyard and upstairs deck are also lovely --and although we were out exploring too much to really use the pool, it's a pretty spot to relax at the end of the day. We came with three couples and a 7-month old and there were plenty of bedrooms for all. The house also has a crib, a pack and play, a high chair and even a few life jackets for toddlers in the garage. They also supply some beach chairs and towels! And while one of the next door neighbors was celebrating pretty late a couple of nights, we could only hear them from one bathroom upstairs window- and that door easily closed and made for a quiet night. I can't say enough about the communication with Arturo. He was incredibly responsive from the beginning - offering recommendations on grocery shopping, coffee shops, beaches and restaurants (El Makito is wonderful and has a beautiful view) When we realized the AC in one of the bedrooms was low on freon he had someone at the door within hours.There is no dishwasher and no oven. We got a lot of great use out of the barbeque grill. Other than that, the house is really well stocked. And while there is a shoreline a few houses away at the end of the block, it is thick with sargassum and the waves are heavy. Not great for a beach day, but there is a path we took each morning. for long walks. Overall, this rental made our first visit to Puerto Rico really special!"
