The manager here is wonderful. Upon checking in, we did have a slight issue with another member of the staff. Our room reservation for 6 people had been changed somehow from a queen suite (2 queen's with a pullout couch & kitchenette) to a regular king room. When we discovered the mistake and tried to change the room, he argued that I had made the error in booking. When I showed him the receipt, he said that all the queen suites were full but there was a queen room available. He was extremely rude about the whole incident. When we saw the manager the next morning and informed her of what had happened. She immediately apologized for his behavior. She also allowed our family to eat breakfast, even though it was about 10 min past past the time the dining room was open because he had also told us the wrong time for the breakfast hours. She wrote down our name and information and offered us compensation at the hotel if we were to need a place to stay in that area again. She did her best to make reparations for the actions and attitude of the errant staff member. The hotel itself is dated, but clean and well-maintained. Overall, we would stay here again.
