“Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in.”

“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“Rooms and property were very clean! Bed was comfortable. I held back one star because the room is stuffy when A/C is not running..makes a big difference! I would have preferred a quite room without running the A/C but found it stuffy when I turned if off. Perhaps the carpet needs to be shampooed. I would stay here again and recommned it.”

“I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled horrible the carpets throughout the hotel were nasty. The smell of weed reeked the whole floor. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. It’s an old property and you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice but is not heated due to issues with the heater the hot tub also is not hot. Staff was ok for the most part didn’t really have interaction with them. Breakfast is grab and go sandwiches and stuff like that.”
