“The hotel was really nice. Kids love the pool and activities. Very convenient location. Only reason why they don’t get 5 stars was because I asked to check out one hour late and they didn’t allow. Now I understand the rules and that we could continue to use the amenities but I just really needed the room from 11 to 12. Even 30 minutes would’ve helped. Most hotels are often accommodating for that timeline.”

“I injured my foot and could not walk. I purchased an ocean front room for over $1k expecting to receive good service. As soon as I arrived I was asked if I was staying with another person and asked me for their name. I corrected the gentleman and reminded him that I have my own room. I’m not sure why he assumed that I didn’t have my own room but the way it was handled was offensive. I really wish it ended there but it doesn’t. I checked in and arrived in my room. The TV was not working at all.……
