The hot tub was fantastic and the staff was very nice. This is not a plan. Establishment account job done for one night day to go to Zion early the next morning.

Property was clean and spacious. Beds a little hard but not super uncomfortable for one night. Our tv didn’t work the first night but they came and fixed it the next day and the staff was nice. Ice machine didn’t have a lot of output. No other amenities but if you’re looking for a clean and inexpensive place to stay, this is a good fit.

Worth the price and location. Clean and does the job. Bathroom and room were spacious - Great for families: has a microwave and bigger fridge as well. AC unit was nice and quiet so that was a plus.

Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay.

Staff was very polite and the grounds were very clean. But our room had a few papers/ wrappers on the floor and one of the beds sheets were stained. Beds were very uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have been able to stay more then one day.

The room is OK and I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. The alarm clock was not working and the corners of the BR floor were dirty. Location was great and the weather was awesome.

We were very happy with our room. It was very clean. The beds and bedding was comfortable. I did wish I had a heavier blanket for the cooler evening temperature in January, but I would definitely stay here again. Excellent room for the price.
