Room for the night was excellent and breakfast in the morning was a good start to the day. Parking and building are a bit odd, but clean. We made a last minute change up of plans to go into Zion Park on our way to Sedona and it was available and in budget.

BAD place to stay I left as soon as I saw the room it’s dirty old furniture it stinks property bad shape please don’t book this hotel. I hope Expedia doesn’t not advertise this property. If you have a reservation CANCEL IT .management refused a refund I ended up booking a hotel around the corner Best western plus.

Check in was fine The room was in second floor in opposite side of the office. Basically there is no elevator! The temperature on that was around 100 F and the AC was not on! The room was so hot that it took easily one or two hours to cool it down. They simply wanno save money by not keeping the AC on prior the traveler arrival It is a very run down place and they run it with bare minimum things. The breakfast: it is a trap and you get just bunch of cerial, coffee, mufins and loaf of bread with creamcheese. Oh: orange juice too. Rather than that it is not a proper protein version of breakfast. It is just an adversiment trick to pull you in. You better off pay $20 to $30more but get a better hotel/inn plus an adequate breakfast. The worst part indeed was the no elevator plus the AC as i mentioned.

This property was adequate and convenient to Zion NP. The breakfast provided was quite good. The exterior of the property was unkempt and needs work! The room was reasonable.

Beds: comfortable Pillows: hard as a rock A/C: worked great due to the heat Toilet bowl: had a . ring. It was reported. But not cleaned properly Breakfast: it is served in an uninviting room. Items were not replenished Personnel: We had not yet checked out and an employee barged into our room while I was on the toilet! He did not knock. He just came in. When I said "excuse me!" he quickly closed the door and walked away.
