“This listing caught my attention while I was browsing for last-minute getaways on the Cape. The check-in and check-out processes were faultless. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The proximity to the beach was an added benefit. You are so close to Main Street and local attractions. We walked to the Hyannis harbor to grab the ferry to Nantucket. We also had dinner at Tugboats, which was just a 10-minute walk from the house and was exceptional.”

“The cozy cottage was a perfect distance from the beach so we didn't have to worry about parking and could easily come back if we forgot something or to take a break and have lunch. It was a quick ride into town but is also walkable. There is a path and sidewalks near the house which was nice for early morning and evening walks. While the inside was clean, with well working air conditioning, there could be some maintainance as to the bathroom sink and outside landscaping. This was by no means a...

“Beautiful cottage with all amenities. Clean and inviting. Steps from a beach and a few minutes drive to a variety of excellent restaurants in Hyannis. The manager, Shirley, was most welcoming and even provided furniture covers so that our spoiled dog could sit on the furniture. Will definitely return next year.”
