“Great ”

“This was the nicest place I’ve stayed at. The house is decorated nicely with a layout that’s perfect for groups or families. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication from the hosts was very clear from check in to check out. They were very pleasant hosts. Many restaurants within walking distance. Area seemed safe us, but our group was six guys and the area was covered in ice and snow so not many people were out and about. The only room for improvement, in my opinion, would be a larger……

“It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. ”

“My family of three arrived for a Thanksgiving stay. The living room was soiled as though it had not been vacuumed. There was an active roach infestation, and both the bed and bathmat were covered in hair. We would have done laundry but there was already laundry in the washer and there wasn’t a drier. We moved out fearful that we’d end up being bedbugs home. I’ve never written such a review and remain shocked at the state of this place. ”

“Had a wonderful one night stay at this clean, spacious well sorted Townhouse. The hostess Claire was very prompt with communicating, and very accomodating to our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with many amenities. The entire space was clean. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if ever in the DC area!! ”
