It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

The hotel is located in a good location. Easy access when arriving by train/UP service. Easy 10 minute walk, plenty of restaurants in easy reach and about 1 block from the Skydome & CN tower. The hotel was clean and the room clean and quite large. The bed was comfortable and the only thing I would change, the 4 pillows were very soft. I would have preferred 2 as they were and 2 a bit firmer. The options at the continental breakfast was good. I liked that each day the hot food changed. The cold cereal option was limited. I wish there was something like weetabix, shreddies, granola or muesli. The coffee station and the fact you could make a cup to go was a lovely touch Having the kitchen was a big reason I chose this property. I used the hot tub which was very relaxing but I found the chlorine content a bit high making it hard to keep my eyes open but both the pool area and change room was clean and nicely kept.
