Easy access to walking pathways and trails. Lots of amenities, swimming pool, cafe, basketball court, tennis courts, etc. Friendly staff. There was a noise issue coming frombguests next door which was quickly resolved by staff.

Let's start with the good, of which there's a lot. The resort is really in a privileged location, in the quaint town of Idyllwild, surrounded by majestic mountains. Everywhere you look it's gorgeous. The amenities offered are also great: pickleball and basketball courts, a heated pool, a small gym, a rec room, etc. The restaurant also features beautiful forest views. The cabins are charming. Now let's go to the things that need improvement. 1. They do not offer cribs. I counted at least three other families that had infants/babies/toddlers. This is the first hotel that has flatly told me they "don't offer cribs". Do they not want the business of families with babies? That sounds counterintuitive. Our toddler fell off the bed 3-4 times each night. 2. Our cabin was very dusty. At first we thought it would be the pollen from the trees, after all you're in a forest, but after two nights, we're now convinced the bedding is infested with dust mites. Their pillow are not hypoallergenic. The three of us had pretty rough nights dealing with allergies. 3. When we told the front desk about the dust and requested a change of bedding, they said they would come and service the room. They never did. 4. The cabins don't lock from the inside. Normally I wouldn't care about this, but my toddler is in that phase of constantly opening doors. Again, it's like babies are not part of their equation. 5. Internet maintenance: Our cabin (Family King) was listed as having a living room. It doesn't
