“While the space had some newish features, there were many problems. The check-in is not on site and half a kilometer away...not easy with bags and kids. Inside there were lights that didn't work, door knobs that were broken, bed bugs in the couch, the washing machine leaked, etc. I tried to contact the managers through both Whatsapp and the other provided number and never could get in touch or get a response. Really bad service and attention.”

“I don’t have any remarks on the apartment etc but the parking in front of the apartment is a bonus.”

“Comfortable room, 10mins walk to the metro station. Only lobby has WiFi service, it will be better if we can use it in rooms. Front desk staff is very helpful.”

“The hotel is awesome! Enveriment is lovely,Room is clean,there's small kitchen that we can cook.Location is good that we can drive to anywhere.The staffs are kind and friendly.Definitely will come stay here if we will visit Marseille in the future!”
