“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons.……

“We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel……
