While the bed was on the small side we still managed to get a good sleep and the meals in the restaurant next door were adequate. Such a peaceful setting and we enjoyed our time there”

“Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great. The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! ”

“Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!”

Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! ”

“They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. The other thing that……

“Our room only had 1 bedside cabinet for 2 beds. It wasn't immediately obvious how to obtain our included breakfast, and when I asked a member of staff about it, she seemed surprised.”
