“Overall, the hotel was amazing. The pool was closed for all 3 days we were there with random excuses each day and they kept saying it would be open but never was. So that was my big gripe as my kids were super disappointed. The breakfast was 10/10\. The snacks/drinks in the evening was so fun. The lobby area to hang out in was amazing. If the pool was open, I would have nothing negative to say. The staff would not look up from their chit chatting when I asked if the pool was open either.”

“When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though……
