“We rented 2 rooms. Both were not cleaned well one had spilled red liquid in the fridge and the other had trash and dirty towels still in it and we had to be changed to new rooms. One of those was also dirty and had water damage from a leaking roof plus yellow stained sheets and the other had food still in the refrigerator. We got another new room and it also wasn’t very clean. We had a total of 5 rooms and none were clean. The pool was closed and we were lied to about how long it would be……

“No hairdryers. Ask for one and that one didn’t work either. Fan in bathroom sounded like a freight train. Property needs a fresh coat of interior paint. Hotel as average at best.”

“This was our first time staying in an Embassy suites hotel. The hotel itself beautiful. The evening reception and made to order breakfast were excellent. The only issue I had was that 10 minutes before checkout time. They came and knocked on our door to tell us it was time to leave. We were attempting to leave, but there were no carts to be able to get our luggage so we were waiting. I thought that was very rude. Also, I booked a king suite and upon arrival found out that they had overbooked……
