Indian Pass Beach Tours

The floor of the room was dirty upon arrival/check in. The chain to the flapper of the toilet messed up within the first few hours. The seal on one side of the shower door came apart/came off after the second shower. The AC started leaking in the room. We were told a work order was put in so someone could look at it the next day but no one ever came to check it out or fix it. The pipe where the water drains is very corroded. We took pictures and videos of all the issues. Thinking of a resort and spending between $800-900 for the stay gave me higher expectations. I have stayed at plenty of more affordable facilities and never had several issues. We fixed the toilet issue and got the AC to stop leaking in our room at least, it still leaked outside. I am not one to complain but this was an unacceptable stay and feel we should've been compensated for the overall poor experience and encountering so many issues.
