This home has comfy beds, stylish and fun decor, extra amenities like coffee, teas and sugars, cozy blankets, toiletries and washer/dryer. We offer plenty of entertainment and a fenced yard for a day spent indoors or out. The kids (and adults) will love the arcades, board games, huge 65" gaming TV with HDMI hookup (bring your consoles and cords!), bag toss and kid's nook with toys, books and chalkboard wall. Sit around the firepit, eat at the outdoor dining area, cook on the gas grill, relax for movies with the comfy furniture and large TV's and whip up your favorite cocktails at the fully equipped bar cart. It's the perfect place to take in all Indianapolis has to offer!

By booking you agree to the following terms and house rules:

*You must be 25 to book. The person who books must be the person who stays. No 3rd party bookings.
*You may be asked to send in a copy of your photo ID for verification and security.
*There are a few steps up to the house at both front and back doors. There are additional stairs inside to access the 2nd story bedrooms, arcade and 2nd full bath.
*No pets allowed.
*No smoking or vaping allowed inside at any time. Outside receptacles are provided for your use.
*No parties, gatherings or events may be held at this home. No unregistered guests allowed, please plan to only bring the people you registered when booking, up to our max occupancy of 8 people.
*We have 3 parking spaces in the rear and street parking in front of the home. Please plan to park directly in front of our behind our home only, and not at a neighbor's property.
*We have hi-speed WIFI, Hulu and Disney + during your stay.
*We provide basic cooking supplies such as oils, spices, condiments and all cookware. We strive to keep these items well stocked, and ask that you notify us or replace items that run out during your stay.
*The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am at the home, and must be respected at all times.
*Please review our cancellation policy before booking.
*A rental agreement and liability waiver will be sent upon booking and must be assumed by all Guests to book the home. Please message me if you wish to see the agreement prior to booking.
