If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading."

"It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just order from grab, cheaper and more options!"
