Dirty, stains on the carpet, outlets dont work, flashing light in main entrance was flashing in November still flashing in March. Someone elses food frozen in my freezer. Pool and vending machines broken for months. They have run this place into the ground. "

"Our room was clean and updated, all the comforts of home. We were on the third floor and were able to hear road traffic most of the night. The beds were comfortable, however the height of them was not to our liking. After a fun day of sight-seeing we couldn't fall into the bed, had to climb into it. Also made it difficult to "sit" on the bed while watching TV."
