“Did not feel clean at all. Beds felt damp, room smelt musty, and the strong odor of cleaning chemicals were overwhelming and almost unbearable.”

“The room was dirty. The sliding glass doors to the bathroom shower were full of mold and dirt and scum. I went to a local store and picked up some shower shoes because the shower pan was very dingy and was not going to risk it. The wallpaper was ripped. There was dirt in debris around the refrigerator so I didn’t dare put anything in it and didn’t even know if it was plugged in or not. There was debris and dust on the windowsill. The small detector was taped with black tape all around it I don’t……

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”
