Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was……

“Excellent welcome from staff, breakfast very good, all very clean. Great location but very noisy. No air conditioning in use during May, so hot in bedrooms and we had to leave our windows open and it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The hotel did say that they would turn on the air conditioning for our second nights stay but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It is a lovely hotel, the staff and food are great but be aware of the noise. ”

“The room was so clean and the view was amazing. The location was so central to the town it felt very special. Even more so by the lovely staff, from the moment we arrived at the front desk to checking out. They even had folded and returned our forgotten item. They held our luggage post checkout while we spent the day exploring the rest of the island. I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a hotel such as this. I will always remember this and wish to return again! ”

“Ho soggiornato al Plana Resort. Camere a dir poco fatiscenti con peli e polvere dappertutto. Pagata piu di 100€ a notte ma non ne vale neanche 30€. Tanta sponsorizzazione questi "Laghi Nabi" ma non ne vale davvero la pena per ciò che si paga. Strutture mal tenute nel complesso. Unica nota positiva é la colazione, molto ricca e abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Per il resto é tutto un "attira allodole". Che delusione, peccato.”
