“Breakfast was great, staff was night, property was in a good location. The elevator was broken when we arrived and we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs for almost the entire stay. The elevator for fixed the day we were leaving. I didn’t ask to be moved to a lower floor because we had specifically wanted a room that had a water view however I picked the property also based on it having an elevator due to having a handicap with both of my legs. “What a delightful treat to stay at this property. It was a perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend. The breakfast was amazing. Views-stunning! Spa services were a bonus and the Baia di Sorgeto was a wonderful surprise as well. Restaurants and thermal pools on site made it easy to not have to venture too far and just relax. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. I would love to return someday.”

“We loved this hotel. The room was perfect, the balcony/patio area was livley and we enjoyed the live music. The pool was a refreshing temperature even during our visit while it was over 30c each day. The rooftop bar is fun and the drink prices are reasonable. The breakfast was enough to get a start on your day. The hotel was so clean and the in room AC was perfect. This hotel is up a steep hill but the stops near by if you want to do a transfer from the main area. The staff were very helpful……
