(123 reviews) It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids (5 & 9 yrs old). Was able to request an early check-in since our flight from LAX was early. The receptionist took our luggage since we arrive early before the requested early check-in. Room is just perfect for my family and was a joy to return to at the end of walking around Tokyo. Kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. The added washer/dryer with soap is a bonus and perfect for mid week and end of the week laundry. The mid week cleaning was perfect if you plan to stay more than 5 days. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely consider booking again.
