"This is out first experience with an all inclusive resort and Fiesta did make our experience at a top notch quality. VIP checkin, good food options, buffets get changed a bit everyday, staff are so so friendly and helpful in all areas in the resort. The pool is not so big but I like that it’s not too deep to keep people who can’t swim away. Unfortunately the beach is covered with a lot of sargassum and I stayed 5 nights there but not seeing staff cleaning them up. Our room was nice and clean, complimentary champagne altho we don’t drink. The housekeepers sometimes put effort to fold the towels into swan shapes for us. Night time activities are limited but if you’re not a hard party person and travel with your family or your partner like me, this is a very good option. We will come back!"

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The place was beautiful and the service was amazing. They were doing a little construction during our stay but did a great job keeping it quiet and pretty well concealed. The drive up to the resort was a little long and there were a lot of small speed bumps so you do have to take that into account when you come and go. Overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely come back. "

"This is a beautiful property with amazing things to do day and night. The facilities are kept meticulously. Yes, this is an older hotel with an older aesthetic, but if you see beyond that, their staff are amazing!!! We were 3 kids and 4 adults. We had lots of choices for eating. The buffet changes daily! We also enjoyed a lot of the poolside food and drinks (took a little long, but good). Hats off to Chantal and Fernando for their excellent service. The kids enjoyed the Kids club and many engaging games with them. There’s also poolside entertainment and evening hotel entertainment. We did not need to leave the premise. The beaches are well-maintained and it’s so appealing to take a dip. We didn’t have to worry about the sargassum. People respect the “towel reservations” on the beach loungers, and personnel are happy to assist and accommodate all guests. The rooms were large and had a step-down sitting area and balcony. They all point to the ocean. The turn-down service with slippers, pillow arrangements, waters and mints were not something I expected to love, but I did. I cannot speak high enough about this place. The only bad part was the travel center that is in all of the hotels in Cancun and that functions as Mexico Travel Solutions. They’re predatory. Inconsistent prices and constantly make you pay more money for an already paid service. It does not speak well of GFACB to be associated with them.Avoid! Looking forward to a future trip to the GFACB."

"This place was amazing!!!!!!10/10 ! The friendliness and customer service was the best our family has experienced!!!! Great place for a family vacation!!!! The variety of food was one of the highlights of the trip. They have a great Mexican food restaurant called Casa de Rosa Luis and Agustin were so helpful and accommodating! We had breakfast at ventanas every morning and Edgar or waiter always went above and beyond .."
