"We enjoyed casa de las olas, great location on punta sur, beautiful views. Enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings and mornings. The property manager met us at house when we arrived, we loved that they had a few items stocked in the house and fridge. Host was very responsive when I needed to extend a night. "Lovely location, large bedrooms/bath. Beautiful views-10/10! Living room needs more soft seating for lounging. Outdoor furniture needs replacement - cushions were dirty and loungers were broken with no cushions. No wanted to use them for fear they would break."

"We really enjoyed this property and location. This location was quite with as much sea glass as one could want. Only 5 minutes from North Beach and 20 minutes from Punta Sur by golf cart. Amazing sunrise from the master bed. We swam in the ocean (of course with water shoes) just out the back door. Appliances all worked well and had plenty of bottled water ready for us. Fast response from host we we had questions. Highly recommend"

"This place was a DREAM!!! We had the best time here on my bachelorette. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. "My husband and I have been to Isla a few times in the past and have always chosen to stay on the south side of the island and have never regretted it. This time we stayed at Casa Mariposa and loved every minute of it. The privacy is amazing. We spent lots of time in the pool, up on the roof, and taking impromptu naps in the cool air conditioning. We cooked quite a bit, and when shopping at Chedraui we even made sure to get a bag of spinach leaves for the security iguana (we called him Paco)...

"The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. The cat was a character and stayed with us when we were outside."

"Casa Los Tres Chiles was just as advertised and more. It was spotless yet tastefully decorated. It was in a great location close to restaurants and not far from Centro. Six of us slept comfortably and had a great time by the pool each day and evening. The host was great! The one little negative was that the water in the main shower sometimes didn’t warm up appropriately. All other bathrooms were fine. Will stay again!"

"Mayakita was a very clean and nice place. And the host was very responsive to all requests. We could not figure out the toaster oven so we messaged them and they were there within 5 mins showing us how to work it. Also we had no hot water when we first got there and they showed up super fast and got it repaired. The breakfast place next door was fabulous. The hot tub on the roof was a great addition and so nice to have a morning or evening soak. We had a great family trip!"

"Great property. The pool and the views were fantastic. Perfect location on the island. We did have some maintenance issues(ac/power outages ) but sometimes things just happen. What was important though, once management was notified it was taken care of immediately. I would come back."

"Very nice place. Everything has this nice island vibe. Got served fresh fruit, juice and yogurts every morning. There is parking for your golf cart or scooter. The main city area is a 15 minute walk. I have done this a few times to get my steps in. However I usually just use our rented scooter. "

"Seaside access was just a walking distance 2min. A beautiful and spectacular views from our room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and beds were spacious. The breakfast was limited. You will need to pay extra. E.g. when we asked to include ham to the scramble eggs there was an extra charge. I highly recommend this hotel lovely views, clean, convinient"
