Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. “Casa de Musica exceeded our expectations! The house is amazing, the pool is perfect and Sofia, the concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect on the south end of the island away from the crowds. The open air kitchen was our favorite place to hang out! We will definitely be back to Isla and will stay at Casa de Musica!”

“We had a great experience at Mayaland! There were three adults and two children for our 8 day stay and we used all the bedrooms. They were great.Lots of fresh water was stocked, a wonderful guacamole kit was provided upon arrival, too. Mariana was extremely responsive with anything that came up. She even went above and beyond picking us up from the ferry when our flight was extremely delayed and we were unable to pick up the golf carts the evening of our arrival.Pool and hot tub were excellent……

“This house truly is stunning. Everything as advertised. Communication with host and concierge team was great. Kitchen is very well equipped if you want to make meals. Many areas to enjoy each other or be alone. Pools very nice and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again if I return to Isla. ”

“Fantastic property with amazing views. Communication was seamless and we were greeted by Jan at the house who gave us not only a thorough tour but also shared some his local favorites to visit. Our family enjoyed having individual spaces but also large communal area where we could gather to eat, utilize the pool and just relax. The kitchen is very well equipped allowing us to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! Highly recommend and would definitely come back. We have stayed at many places on Isla……

“The house was truly unique and amazing, it was enjoyable finding all the little thoughtful design details that went into the overall aesthetic. The location was perfect for morning walks along the coast. Great care was taken to keep the property clean and well maintained. Vanessa was was a very gracious and sweet host and was available for anything we needed. This was a perfect vacation in Isla Mujures! Wish I could have stayed forever!
