"Property is owner-owned and managed in a nice and quiet neighborhood in the Santa Barbara Hope Ranch Annex area. Owners are on property and communication, via the VRBO app and phone was excellent. The vibe is almost spa like, loved the decor. Great amenities: like soaps, shampoos, lotion etc. Healthy snacks and minibar provided for a fee. Free-standing AC unit in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living area, kept the property cool. We loved being able to access the Obern pedestrian/bike path...
