What was great
1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station.
2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception.
3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking.
4. Amazing view from the room. They have a lot of rooms offering such amazing views I believe.
Minor issue
1. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor. So we used in-room slippers throughout, avoided being barefoot in the room. Because we were staying only for a couple of days and wanted to be out and about, we did not bother complaining about this. I am sure they would have gotten the room cleaned or shifted us to another room had we raised this issue.
