Unthinkable that happened...

Imagine you arrive at the hotel at 5 am, and find no reception person, but the security person tells you that your reservation is there but no room are available! By the way, the receptionist will not come to help you out! They just recommended to complain and find another hotel close by. This is exactly what happened to me! If a hotel can ignore your reservation and does not even help you out to find an alternative deserves nothing but negative review. I do not recommend this hotel to those passengers who take their contracts seriously and wish Expedia will help them out at times like this. Unfortunately, even Expedia was not there to resolve this issue. How was I supposed to contact them with phone, when I just arrived at the hotel in early morning? I did not have any local SIM card. The hotel even did not allow me use their WiFi.

Хорошая идея , с плохим исполнением.

Назвать отелем это проживание не возможно. За красивыми фотографиями и хорошим описанием нет ничего. Хорошая идея превращена в обычную ночлежку. Отель в этом здании занимает только этаж. Номера очень сильно потрепаны , кровати не удобные, белье серого цвета . На мягкой мебели всевозможные пятна , нет лампочек там еде они должны быть. Балкон засыпан песком и строительным мусором , дверь на него открывалась с трудом. Система умный дом работала очень странно: кондиционер вообще никак не отключался и работал только на отопление. Площадь в 30 кв. м не соответствует действительности . В номере устойчивый запах табака. После жалобы на Hotels.com нас утром переселили в другой номер большей площади . Но и там все было в таком же состоянии , хотя запах чувствовался меньше . В номере было всего два полотенца и не было фена. Сливная система в душе плохо работала. Мы не первый раз в Стамбуле и считаем что за такие деньги можно найти более достойное жильё. А менеджеру отеля хотим посоветовать : не писать отписки на претензии туристов , а навести порядок в своём отеле .

Kirli, gürültülü, uzak durulması gereken bir otel.

Otel pis, duvarlar strafordan, yan odadaki tüm sesler bizim odanın içindeydi, her yerde beş karış toz vardı. sesler için uyardık kimse ilgilenmedi. sonra siz çıkın biz odanızı değiştircez dediler, geldik değiştirmişler, balkonun kapısı bozuk ve oda buz gibiydi.Dalga geçer gibi ''biliyoruz bozuk olduğunu, nolcakki sigara içiyosanız da içerde odada için '' dediler. Kabus gibi 5 gündü.5 gün içinde 3 oda değiştirdiler ve 3üde birbirinden kirliydi. 2 kişilik para ödedim, kahvaltı tek kişilik geldi. neden diye sorduğumda çünkü kahvaltı tek kişilik dendi. Rezervasyonumda çift olmasına rağmen ikinci kahvaltıyı vermediler. Sadece Ali bey bayağı yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Fotoğraflarına aldanıp kimse burda kalmasın. Yoksa sizde sinir hastası olabilirsiniz ya da oteldeki tüm odaları gezmek zorunda kalabilirsiniz.

Memnun Kalmadık !

Giriş saatinde otelde olmamıza rağmen 40 50 dakika boyunca bekledik ve rezervasyon yaparken odalar balkonlu olarak yazıyordu. Odaya girdiğimizde balkonsuz olduğunu gördük, resepsiyonu arayarak odamızı değiştirmek istediğimizi belirttik ve 1+1 daire geçtik. Bu dairenin temizliği nasıl yapılıyorsa yerler toz ve kir içindeydi, ayrıca kiralamış olduğumuz 1+0 oda için 250 tl bir ücret ödedik 1+1 odanın fiyatını 300 tl olarak söylemelerine rağmen bizden 100 tl ek bir ücret aldılar. Nedenini sorduğumuzda da yetkili ve bu işlerle ilgilenen biri çıkış saatimizde olmadığı için ödemek zorunda kaldık. Oda içerisindeki klimanın da nasıl kapatılacağını bir türlü bulamadık. Gece klimanın konsolundan o kadar ışık geliyordu ki üzerine bir şeyle kapatmak gerekti. Odanın kapısının da kilitleri kırıktı bir türlü kilitleyemedik. Bir daha asla gelmem ve tavsiye etmem.

BUSINESS TRIP. No breakfast room, no choice. room not very clean. Windows hard to close. light missing bulbs, I could not read after 8:30pm the first night . BUT the staff is very helfull and very kind, that comprensate the hotel peformance. I sincerley thank the staff for the stay in the hotel, they tried to make it as comfortable as possible for me.
