“Views of the river are amazing in a locale that feels very secluded in a very hilly, woodsy area off of a very narrow mountain road, which is what we were looking for but we also wanted privacy from other people and a place to sit out, relax, enjoy the views and maybe even enjoy the river. From the promotional photos (of kayaks and boats launches) it looks like you can do all that but when you get there, it's not the case. There is a balcony on the unit that's narrow and very small, but condo……

“I have come here almost every year for several years, with no issues. However, this time, the washer and dryer was gone. TV on bedroom was gone, thermostat didn’t work, so, it was hot whole time. We had to open all doors to cool unit off. Every year I have brought my son, and granddaughters, never a question asked. This year we done our traditional visit to Chatanoogas Enchanyed lights, had an amazing time, got back late, of course since it’s Christmas and it’s open until 9pm. We returned to……

“Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ……
