“No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay”

“We loved the location right off the ocean. You can tell it is recently built. So with these things for the price it is excellent.
Cons: It is a pretty small space and the mattress was broken and uncomfortable.
Even with the cons we will likely stay there again if we return to Costa Rica. 😀”

“The apartments were great. They are clean, spacious, safe and the AC is ice cold. There a small store attached to the property to buy snacks and water. The beach is just a quick 10 second walk.
I will stay here again if Im back in Haco.”
