“My group of 15 friends had a great stay at the Castle of Oz. The property exceeded all expectations and we were very well taken care of by the entire support staff, who were available night and day to provide any assistance we required. They made our stay stress free! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Costa Rica. ”

“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
1. No hot water in the unit.
2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out.
3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children.
4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds.
5. Only two towels were provided for four people.……

“The property was well putfitted, though there were no extra blankets and rhe blankets were thin, so for sharing rooms with family thay had different needs, that was a problem. Overall the property was clean, safe, and the owners were accompdating and helpful. We will stay again. ”

“The property was accurate to the description and very clean. The pool area is very nice and we spent most of our time outside in the pool having fun. The home is located in a authentic area and sets behind the jungle so the views was actually more then I thought there was. I will be back for sure”

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”
