“This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!! ”

“Property was exactly as pictured, really nice for the price. Property manager responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Only thing that we didn’t know going in is it is a gated property with permanent residents and they are very strict about rules. You have to wear a wristband the whole stay and be let in and out the gate. It wasn’t a huge deal but didn’t prefer that aspect, although it could definitely be a positive for safety.”

“La estancia fue buena, el condo es súper bonito, bien cuidado, con vista al mar y al campo de golf. Muy recomendado la verdad. Lo único que talvez hay que corregir un poco es el trato al cliente de parte de el supuesto "gerente". De la empresa encargada de mantenimiento y de realizar él check in a los inquilinos. Hubo una experiencia poco grata en ese sentido. Por lo demás, el condo lo recomiendo 100%”

“Our stay was perfect, our penthouse was as per pictures with a million dollar view. We sat on our balcony and watched the surfing competition and the next week enjoyed watching the locals tent on the beach and enjoy their Easter holiday. Felt comfortable walking Jaco Beach and the town. There are any restaurants to choose from.everyone very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to Jaco, Costa Rica again.”

“The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. I didnt understand why we had to have a reservation for the pool and other facilities as there didnpeople in the buildi g ”

“We had a wonderful stay here, and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great place to sit outside and relax listening to the surf. Laura was very responsive and would highly recommend staying here. ”

We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon...

“This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure. There is parking for 10/day next door if needed. The condo also came with 4 beach chairs and 4 body boards.These units are on the south...
