"The hot breakfast was a lie as there was nothing put out. "

"Room was clean but sorely in need of updates. Bed was broken down and sheets were old and thin. Bathroom floor had water damage, was buckled and old linoleum. Pull out couch was old and the mattress was very thin and smelled like mildew. No screens on the walk out doors so you couldn't open them at night. Basically, this unit looked my apartment in the 80's and has not been updated since then. I think it did have newer carpet in the bedroom but it looked old. Overall the place is clean enough but very outdated. The linens are thin and cheap feeling. Nice setting in the woods. Not worth the price but half what they charge at the resort hotels so an ok option if you want to save some money."

"Got in a oit 1030 at nite, took a shower went to bed. All of a sudden i hear flushing. Thinking it was the people in the room next to me. This happened every half an hour loud as heck. I tossed it up to rooms not being soundproof as site stated. Low and behold it was our toilet flushing all nite long due to a leak and was getting too full so the toilet would flush itself that kept me up all nite. Man at front desk was not accommodating at all. Told me when we figured it out at 320 am i should have called the front desk to fix it. Look buddy! I had to be up at 5 am for work which i got no sleep for after spending a ridiculous amount of money to stay there. Disgusted with the treatment he gave us. Didnt do anything not even a small refund. What a waste of 163 sollars a nite to not get any sleep and the hotel not even giving a crap! I guess it was our fault for their toilet being messed up. Like how about u take care of your property and have your cleaning lady actually check things to make sure they are working properly before renting out a room. I will never spend my money here again too bad for them I travel here at least twice a week and also send employees near this location. I know where they wont be staying! Not my money ever again. "

"Nice convenient spot. Hot water could be better and ac unit worked and was fine but would kick on and off before room reached desired temperature. Love the lobby decorations and indoor pool plus hot tub. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. I’ll stay again. "
