Wonderful hotel that sits right in the center of downtown! Lovely, spacious, and well-appointed room and appreciated the free afternoon charcuterie/wine and morning breakfast basket. Will definitely stay at The Restoration next time we visit Asheville.

The condo was very nice. But when booking the property looked like a single unit. Which I noticed they did have some units like that. We had neighbors. First morning we had notes on car we had parked in their spots. We barely could make out numbers. Also didn't realize we had to pay extra to use any amneties and even extra for mini golf. Probably won't return unless we rent a property with everything included and a single unit. Lesson learned.

The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.
