I think the only thing I would feel should be more clear is that the dining room room was converted into a fifth bedroom with a queen or king bed in it. It really has no privacy other than some screens that you can move around. If people are OK with that, fine. We all went to bed at the same time so it didn’t matter.”

“Diamond Sands is an awesome place, everything the listing says it is. My siblings and I had a family reunion there, four couples in total. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds for all of us. My kids and grandkids who live in the area were able to visit us for a cookout on Sunday, and we had everything we needed to do that, including an extra propane tank.The property is beautiful, with plenty of games and activities to keep us occupied. “The house was clean and ready for us. It sits on the water and has great views especially sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and very attractive. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and stores.The kitchen was set up for use with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and includes appliances such as a crock pot and air fryer. The host replied quickly to our communication. The air conditioning worked very well.Overall it was a great stay. ”

“This was not as the photos and reviews stated. Not in a good area of town. Did not feel safe staying here. Red flag when there is multiple deadbolts on the door. We walked in and walked right back out and got a hotel for the night. Very disappointed. ”
