“The registration process was difficult for me. I had great trouble sending them pics of my driver's license and another photo. I stayed there in 2023 and 2024, but they couldn't or would not use that info even though I have been at the same address and circumstances for the last 23 years. I only change is that I'm 2 years older. It was very frustrating.”

“Unable to use the keypad to enter. Not fixed entire stay. Bedroom lamp not working. Not fixed. Furniture shoddy and uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly stocked. No frying pan, no regular sized saucepan, no salt and pepper. No communication with management. The pool area was quite beautiful and well maintained. Otherwise the only good feature of the place was the location. Exactly where we needed to be. Not sure if I will use VRBO again”

“This home is so beautiful with such a warm feeling - very welcoming! Everything you need is available - from a couple of snacks, to makeup remover to chairs for the beach. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything you need. Loved this place!”

“The property was exactly as described and seen online. Very clean.So easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Location amazing. Very quiet except for the train that runs regularly. The host did not communicate well. I had to initiate the message about entry and then there were no directions on exiting. I texted her about the exiting and heard no response.There was no booklet which typically we have found in other places we have stayed that gives us procedure for checking out and also then gives……
