“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Requests were promptly granted. Only complaint is the entrance drive---back side of stores w/dumpsters is not attractive.”

“While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!”

“Great Location to restaurants, taverns with live music daily and access to a scenic walkway along the inner coastal waterway. The reason we rate staff the highest 5 star rating is because they make you feel important and treated you as family. The gentleman behind the front desk(Bill) remember our names, offered suggestions for family excursions along with several different dining options depending on what he thought we would enjoy. “This hotel is amazing. So clean. We had an oceanfront room. The staff at the front desk were so accommodating. The only two concerns I had was I thought the beach chairs should be included with the room price and not have to be rented. The second concern was that I saw visitors at the pool who did not seem to be guests. One group of 3 women had a huge cooler of drinks and they stayed by the pool all day long drinking their drinks and using both the pool and the hot tub. Another couple……
