Although the filters in both our rooms were the cheapest you can buy and were very dirty, they were changed right away and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location and views from the hotel were breathtaking. Exchange place is especially fun on Friday and Saturday night. It's my favorite place to stay. I love Jersey City and it's proximity to NYC. It's very picturesque.

The parking was not the greatest it’s 27.00 a day which is a bit much and the little paper they gave to scan so you can get the 27.00 rate didn’t work every time which was disappointing

The Hotel is good. The only thing that upset me is have to go back and forth for 2x at the front desk because the access card is not working to our door.. other than that I like the location, very accessible to get to the subway to wtc.. people at the hotel are nice too.😊

Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean. We had to request comforters, sheets and towels for everyone. When we received these, they were stained so we had to request new ones. It is noisy because of the train station, but otherwise a very convenient location.

While I liked the overall location, the room provided was not great. I booked the economy room directly via Expedia. The furnishings were older and the room was dark with a view of the building's maintenance and parking lot. The room was also next to the housekeeping storage closet and breakrooms, which was not desirable for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was the biggest plus. Local food selection is great and the location is close to public transportation, NYC, and highly walkable. Please note you will need to go to the front desk on the ground level to get your deliveries. If you book a higher-grade room, not economy, it might be a better stay.

The remote didn't work. I couldn't find the right temperature to cool the room. The air-condition sat directly outside our windows. It was very noisy through out the night.
