I never write reviews but I must warn people Not for people who are shomer Shabbat! They asked us if we accept the extra charge to stay untill Shabbat ends and we told them we do accept but when we got there they said sorry someone booked your room after you so we were kicked out on Shabbat! Not only that but I booked the biggest room and they put me in a regular one. So don’t bother choosing the type of room you want there going to give you whatever they want….. for a place that doesn’t have breakfast,kicks out on Shabbat, and doesn’t care that you paid for a bigger room I would not recommend this hotel! Also door was open anybody can just walk in with zero security(they did not lock the door at night like they said they would)

The bathroom sink had a major leak which was not attended to. Hot water in the room took several minutes of running the taps to start. It's a brand new facility so these things should be fixable

This is the best price/quality/location hotel in town!!! Beautiful, confortable, clean, great location and cheap. Facing the David Citadel Hotel but at one fourth of the price! Minutes away from Jaffa Gate through the shopping mall, simply the best!

An extraordinary hotel, nice, clean and great location just in front of the David Citadel one of the most luxurious in the city. Walking distance from the Jaffa Gate and across the street from the shopping mall. Best hotel and great price!!!
