Breakfast was way better than the ones in 4-star London hotels and the breakfast room is like out of Harry Potter books. Big thanks to the staff and Jesus college. "The family room was spacious, which was great for our stay. However, we were not aware in advance that there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The room was clean, but the furniture appears quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. We were also surprised to find that there was no proper shower head in the bathroom. In addition, the hot water supply was insufficient, as it was only enough for two people to shower."

"Nice room, well appointed with a comfortable bed. I was on the ground floor and it was very noisy until around 10:30pm. I was only a few steps from the bar and atrium areas which is why it was so noisy. There was no internal lock or chain for the door which is just a personal preference. The staff were all really nice and breakfast was good. Excellent location"
