"The rooms were clean and Kimberly and Josh was awesome. One staff forgot her name was so in-personable and would not give any hospitality. Also the Buffet in the hotel needs to be better kept it looks very dirty and no one mandates the food but it’s all over like kids played in the food and nobody is checking to maintain the cleanliness. The variety is also horrible for this time and age it reminds me of sizzlers but worse. Golden Coral has more varieties and cleaner than that for the price. I also did not like the casino would not honor my husbands New York State renewal paper IF with his picture ID. Because you have to wait for the picture aid to come which has yet to come and he is 66 years old. I believe that policy needs to be looked at and I’m going to send a letter to the state about such as well."
