Stayed here two weekends in a row as we had business in the area. For the first stay we really enjoyed our time so we booked again. Had the second experience been the first we wouldn’t have returned.
First stay room 113- quiet and clean, everything was updated and the bed was very comfortable. Pool area is ok, not like it’s pictured/described with a nice hang out area and golf but usable and nice.
Second stay was room 130. Not very clean, sticky substance on desk and table. Bed not as comfortable. Bathroom had hairs in tub and the towel rack while attached looked like it had been thrown up there with no thought and didn’t even repaint over where the old one had once hung. Pool was closed for maintenance during this visit.
Breakfast on both occasions was ok. The usual continental breakfast with hot waffles. The first weekend was ham and hard boiled eggs the second weekend was sausage gravy and eggs but no biscuits for dipping so I didn’t have any.
The overnight lady at the desk was nice and helpful. For the price it’s ok but I’d maybe pay a few more dollars next time to stay elsewhere as my second stay was disappointing. Cleanliness is my biggest thing and the second stay was very disappointing in that area.
