“Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff……

“The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there.”

“Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben 13 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten ein Swim-up-Zimmer mit Meerblick, das optisch wirklich sehr schön war. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Die Reinigungskraft hat nur oberflächlich geputzt und lediglich kurz durchgewischt. Außerdem kam aus der Dusche kaum Wasser. Das Boxspringbett war für uns die reinste Katastrophe: Bereits nach wenigen Minuten sind die Topper komplett verrutscht und die Matratze war……

“I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we……

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern und lädt einfach zum Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und immer aufmerksam. “This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification. The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. Part of the balcony would lift up if stood in the wrong……
