“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!”

“The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. ”

“I have asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in”

“櫃枱服務人員熱心協助. 植物園小店,應賣些零食小食. 區內餐廳價格稍貴. 去植物園的接駁巴士很方便,但9點才發車第一班車,太晚了. (The counter staff is very helpful. The botanical garden shop should sell some snacks or simple food. The restaurant in the area is a little expensive. The shuttle bus to the botanical garden is very convenient, but the first shuttle bus is only available at 9 o'clock. It is too late.)”

“早餐有雞，羊，牛肉腸雞肉腸，即煮蛋，素食，沙拉奶酪麵包，早上可見雲海，但有毛巾沾有血跡，房間地板有些小黑班點，接駁車一小時一班，建議在繁忙時間需要加密班次，司機服務不錯有禮”

“Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. ”

“We selected the Scapes Hotel for our 2D1N Genting Highlands trip. Our deluxe room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a car made it easy for us to get around and travel up and down the mountain.”
