Gorgeous property with amazingly helpful and courteous staff, beautiful rooftop bar with amazing view of downtown KC, lobby bar is fantastic as well. Good location with easy walkability to many restaurants and bars, street car is a block away to hop on and take further downtown. Lots to do in close proximity such as Union Station, Crown Center, Ferris wheel. A fantastic hotel experience for sure!

Just stayed one night for a concert. Building was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Everything felt clean and updated. Valet was nice for the one night, not sure if I'd pay for it for multiple nights but overall I loved staying here for a quick visit.

Awesome on all levels. Housed in an old Pabst bottling factory only adds to the cool factor. Two great bars that you actually want to hang out at, at least when the weather is nice. Staff was amazing and beyond friendly. Free street parking was easy for us to find, not sure if that’s always the case. Great location near lots of restaurants. Union station an easy 15 minute walk away too.

Nice place and clean rooms with very friendly staff. Not much parking available though and so you’re basically forced to use the $35/night valet parking.

Such a cute hotel with a very interesting style. Like a mix of industrial with chic and artistic. AC was amazing all 3 nights although it was 100 degrees each day and we were on the 3rd floor. Gym had efficient and updated equipment. Would have liked some towels or a water dispenser instead or a water fountain but beggars cant be choosy. Random but important thing but water pressure in the shower was hands down the best my wife and I have experienced in a long time. Heaps ahead of the pressure in our own house lol. All staff friendly. The rooftop bar was a little crowded on a Saturday night but that was expected. We did find a quiet area away from the crowds at the corner of the rooftop which was nice. Able to see the sunset and enjoy a good drink all while hearing good music but still able to hear one another talk. My wife who is a non drinker had the best non alcoholic beverage ever. Overall a great hotel in a great location. Close to everything either within walking distance or a 15 minute uber away. Although the young lady at check in said it was possibly going to be very loud due to a wedding being held at the hotel and another large wedding party staying at the property the same weekend we did not have any issues with noise.

The staff, especially my girl Kelly, was phenomenal. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Started off with a free beer in a cute koozie, which was a nice little start to the stay. The room was so beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar had a great view. We had a little mishap with the valet, but Kelly took such good care of us after that. We had dinner at Lazia, the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All around this hotel was a 10/10 experience, and I will only stay here from now on while visiting KC.

What a gem! This was our first time in KC. We chose Crossroads after careful research and were not disappointed. The staff was top notch, the room extremly clean and a joy to sleep in. At check in they advised us of the difference between the atrium and the street side, that there is a lively club across the street and streetside could be bouncing until 2/3am. The atrium is looking down at their atrium couryard where events are held and could make it noisey, but only until 1am. I can report we stayed on the atrium side on the top floor and slept soundly without noise issue. The rooftop is darling and has a nice breeze. The pizza in the lounge area is cooking until midnight and oh so delicious. Will absolutely stay here again.

The service and staff at Crossroads Hotel was unmatched. From valet to check in to guest services, I've never felt more welcomed into an overnight stay. Excellent room conditions, beautiful property and a bonus of a rooftop patio/bar with a great view of downtown. Will be the only hotel I stay in KC from now on!
