I simply cannot rave about The Raphael Hotel, Kansas City enough to communicate all that they did during my 8 day stay. EVERY staff member (and I mean every) regardless of position, went out of their way to be pleasant, helpful, and anticipatory. Food at their restaurant is creative and of excellent quality; locals dine there as a destination. Nightly light jazz in the lounge is a relaxing treat. The hotel ventilation system scented the public space with a delightful, light scent that was a welcome each time I moved in, out, or around the hotel. Bed supremely soft. Bathrooms scrubbed to perfection. Kudos to Tracee at the front desk, and Rick in guest services, for their kindness and care. I know where I'll stay on my next trip to KC!

Absolutely beautiful property!!! While a short drive from downtown, it is a very easy “commute”. Additionally, the walkable shopping area is outstanding with small boutiques and many restaurant options!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The first night was awful with what sounded like a jackhammer outside our window turned out to be our room heater. We were up almost all night. Once we spoke to the desk about it the problem was taken care of and everything was fine after that. The staff was perfect! It's been a long time since I have received such 5 star treatment. John greeted us upon arrival and He was a standout omong the staff!

Exceptional stay! Parking lot was adjacent to the building & was accessible 24/7 with room key. No garage! So easy to get in and out. Keurig & K-cups in the room was sooo nice for a nighttime & morning hot tea. Loved this hotel - especially being walking distance from the Plaza & so many restaurants.
