There is no pool/hot tub available. It’s been under renovation or repair for at least a month. The hallway on 3rd floors smells. Otherwise place was clean and breakfast was decent.

The pool wasn’t working otherwise everything was okay.. My kids love staying where there is a pool. I think they should have to give a credit for some amenities not working. Breakfast was not the greatest. Cold and poor choices. Bathroom doors in both our rooms didn’t latch shut

I had made a reservation but when I arrived at 10pm after a long drive the desk informed me that they didn't have a room for me. After waiting 15 min the desk person found another room at a Hampton across town. The AC unit was very loud and had in inconsistent fan noise that sounded like wind gusts from the arctic. The pillows were also uncomfortable. My worst experience at a Hampton Inn to date.

The room was nice. The halls and lobby were pretty hot. The fitness room was in poor condition. None of the four machines worked. The location for us was ideal, yet not sure we would stay here again.

Made the booking emergently when our AC broke in a 90 degree heat wave. When we couldn’t get our dogs boarded, I had to cancel less than 12 hours from booking and they charged me $200 because it wasn’t cancelled within 24 hours of the check in time. Zero compassion.
