The rooms were adequate, but I expected better quality. The room doors didn't latch unless they slammed, which isn't ideal and poses a safety risk. Also, our bathroom pocket door latch was busted and the door kept sliding back open. However, the breakfast was fantastic and staff was great. They pool is pretty small, you can't really do much, but it offers a cool view of the city.
I liked the size of the room, full size fridge and utensils. I did not like being kept up all night by the trains coming an going. We were in room 220 and the trains were a few blocks away. They were constantly coming and going. The breakfast was horrible. Sandwiches were dried out, the little omelets were dry the edges were hard. The pancakes were hard and cardboard. Strawberries on top didn't even soften the. You could hold one on the side and it was stiff as a board. Worst breakfast ever. The older dark completed male working in the breakfast area never smiled. He had this horrible mean look on his face and seemed totally unapproachable. We ended up throwing our food in the trash and left. Never again
I didn’t care that I had to pay for over night parking. Also, we had to wait until four to check in. This didn’t give us much time to enjoy the amenities since checkout was 11 the next day. The pool was cold too!
The room was well equipped with a king size bed, loveseat, TV, desk. It was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was nice and staff was accomodating.
First time at this property & we are very impressed with the hotel, the convenience to The Streetcar & restaurants. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly. We will be back! Thanks😍
The KC trolley was right outside on Main St. It was very convenient to get around downtown. Great covered parking garage. Nice spacious room.

Location was great for what we needed. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have any since we had other plans. Room was okay, a little water damage in the bathroom and some of the shelving was coming apart. But bed was comfortable.
