got a room for me and a couple family members and the room was in my name but the lady at the front desk only talked to me once. just asked for my ID then gave the paperwork and the card to my friend and didn’t acknowledge me other than asking for my ID.

Recognizing this is a minimum frills venue, the bed was extremely uncomfortable for two. My wife has celiacs and no breakfast items were gluten free. Eggs and bacon are more appreciated than waffles in our household.

Parked my car there when I flew out of KCI. Someone hit my car so they charged me to leave my car there and didn't even moniter it. Walked in to check in and someone tried to bum a cigarette from me in front of receptionist and they didn't say anything. Strange gentleman roaming the halls which made me feel very unsafe
